Blaise Fischer Spends Spring Training with Pirates, Andrew McCutchen

Blaise Fischer's dream became reality after spending time with his favorite team, the Pittsburgh Pirates, as their special guest. The 9-year-old from Ambridge, who suffers from a rare heart condition, went to Bradenton through the Pirates organization's partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Members of the Boy Scouts of America Venturing Crew 630 built the "Enchanted Castle of Dreams" playhouse that will be raffled off during Ford City's Light-Up Night on Nov. 29 if $15,000 worth of tickets are sold. If that goal is met, the money raised by the raffle will be donated to Make-A-Wish.
