Everson's Halftime Show Wish Reveal

Everson_Header Image
During halftime of the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania men's basketball game on February 20, 2016, 10-year-old wish kid Everson, who is diagnosed with kidney disease, was called to center court. To his surprise, Edinboro students began presenting him with gifts for his upcoming San Diego wish trip!

Everson's reaction was priceless as he realized he would soon be granted his wish-come-true. Thanks to the NCAA Division II Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), Everson’s wish reveal was unforgettable. The NCAA Division II has been a proud sponsor of Make-A-Wish® since 2003, raising more than 4 million dollars for children with life-threatening medical conditions. Because of their strong support and outstanding efforts, children like Everson can have their wishes come true.

Now, sunny California is just a few weeks away for Everson. He will soon have the opportunity to visit various attractions, including the San Diego Zoo, LEGOLAND®, SeaWorld and the area's beautiful beaches.
